If it has to do with the Gulf of Mexico, boats, airboats, trucks, oysters, redfish, grouper, tarpon or Halloween (you'll have to get him to tell you about that one) you'll need to be in touch with the "Commander:".

Yankeetown is a small village at the mouth of the Withlacoochee River as it empties into the Gulf of Mexico. Matt Fleming is the soul of Yankeetown. It's impossible to wander its' streets, in Matt's company, without his being hailed by its' every resident, and lots of its' visitors.
When Diane and I took up residence in Yankeetown, we soon met "The Commander" and his frisky, wife Gail, who it's rumored runs a local hospital single handed.
I've learned tons from Matt about the local woods, waters, folks and history of Yankeetown. It's my goal to one day be able to teach him something!!!
Matt guides in local waters for tarpon, snook, bass, grouper, redfish and trout. If you're real lucky, he'll park you on an oyster bar for a culinary treat!
